A viral video has surfaced online showing a lady fighting with a boy who refused transferring the agreed amount of money to her account after service.

In a video which was recorded by a spectator in the room, the young man attempted to physically assault the lady multiple times after refusing to pay her.

The lady who stood her ground and retaliated in the same violent manner, asked the guy whether if ‘he his the mate of her private part.’

According to reports, Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh is still stuck in Dubai due to the lingering police incident that happened in November.

The fiery actress is alone in Dubai, awaiting the next instructions from Dubai police. Already, she has been convicted in a Dubai court with an option of fine. Arrested and detained in a Dubai prison five weeks ago when she was supposed to have attended the One Africa Music Fest and BamTeddy wedding, Tonto Dikeh was also charged to court but was later rescued from deportation/imprisonment by paying a fine.

Meanwhile, prior to the payment of the fine in a Dubai court, Tonto who was granted bail, could not travel to Nigeria because her passport was seized and she had to report daily to the police in Dubai.

Though she has paid the fine through the help of the owner of One Africa Music Fest, Mr. Paulo, she isn’t allowed to return to Nigeria. She needs to clear her criminal case before her release. Now with the return of her ‘best friend’, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky, to
Nigeria a few days ago, its obvious the hyperactive actress is stuck in Dubai.

The pretty actress has been trying to portray she’s vacationing in Dubai without her son. She is also trying hard to prove that she is enjoying herself.

“But Tonto is in a mess. She is sad, she is alone and she is losing it fast. Tonto isn’t the kind of person to be on holiday during Christmas without her four-year-old son, King Andre. She would have inundated our timelines with photos of places she visited with her son. Those her old photos because she has grown bigger and fatter in photos of late 2019. She should stop deceiving Nigerians,” sources exclusively told Kemiashefonlovehaven.

Currently, her son, King Andre is in the care of a nanny in Abuja. Tonto, who has tried to liven up herself in Dubai, complained in an Instastory that she wants her fats back. She wrote that she is losing weight.

Now trying to be part of a female football group in Dubai, with the help of her current male friend over there, its obvious Tonto is stuck in that country! With concerns growing on the welfare of her son, there may be tougher days ahead for both mother and child if help doesn’t come soon.”

Former Chelsea player, Tony Cascarino has revealed the club’s major problem this season under their manager, Frank Lampard.

According to Cascarino, the Blues’ biggest problem this term is that Lampard’s men get ‘frustrated’ so easily on the pitch when the game is not going their way.

He said this following Chelsea’s 2-0 home shock defeat to Southampton in the Premier League on Thursday.

“Chelsea’s first season under Frank Lampard is becoming a rollercoaster,” Cascarino told The Times.

“Since a run of seven straight victories in September and October, Chelsea have gone 13 games in all competitions without recording back-to-back wins.

“One match they outclass Tottenham Hotspur, the next they are losing 2-0 at home to Southampton.

“Tammy Abraham, the 22-year-old striker, has scored only four goals in this 13-game run and when he is not firing, Chelsea do not seem able to compensate for a leaky defence.

“The problem is that when this youthful team do not get their way, they become frustrated.”

A police sergeant, Lukmon Akanbi who shot one Ramon Babatunde Adeniji dead around Eko Atlantic area of Victoria Island, Lagos has been arrested.

Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu, ordered his arrest, The suspect, with the number F/No 448407, attached to Victoria Island Police Station was said to have shot dead Adeniyi, 39, of campus area of Lagos Island.

The incident happened on Friday at about 04:20am around Eko Atlantic Victoria Island, Lagos.

According to Police Public Relations Officer, Bala Elkana, there was a fracas between the Police Officer who was on patrol at the area and the victim who was returning from an event.

“The police officer was said to have pulled the trigger of his pistol on the unarmed civilian, which fall short of professional standards on the use of firearms. The victim was rushed to Naval Dockyard Hospital and was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.

“The Police Sergeant was arrested and detained at the Provost Department, Command Headquarters, Ikeja. He was subjected to internal disciplinary proceedings known as Orderly Room Trials. He was arraigned before the Adjudicating Officer on three counts charge of Discreditable Conduct contrary to Paragraph E (3) First Schedule, Unlawful and Unnecessary Exercise of Authority contrary to Paragraph Q (2), and Damage to Articles contrary to Paragraph D (1), Police Act and Regulations, Cap 370 LFN 1990.

“The Sergeant was found guilty of all the charges and awarded punishment of dismissal from the Nigeria Police. He is handed over to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba for prosecution in conventional Court. The Command condemned the unprofessional conduct of the dismissed Sergeant,” he said.

Elkana said the Commissioner of Police condoled with family and friends of the deceased person and assured them that Justice would prevail.

He said supervisory officers of erring policemen would henceforth be held vicariously liable for the misconduct of their men.

“This is part of the measures put in place by the no nonsense Commissioner of Police to curb incidents of professional misconduct and engendered accountability in the system. The CP avowed that no case of professional misconduct, human rights violations and abuse of powers by Police Officers will be tolerated,” he said.

President Muhammadu Buhari has appealed to Nigerians not to let terrorists divide the country along religious lines, following execution of some Christians and Muslims by the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).

The president made the call in a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, in Abuja on Friday.

Buhari, who was reacting to the reported execution of some innocent citizens, said: “I am profoundly saddened and shocked by the death of innocent hostages in the hands of remorseless, godless, callous gangs of mass murderers that have given Islam a bad name through their atrocities.

“We should, under no circumstance, let the terrorists divide us by turning Christians against Muslims because these barbaric killers don’t represent Islam and millions of other law-abiding Muslims around the world.

“As a President, the collective security of all Nigerians is my major preoccupation and the death of an innocent Christian or Muslim distresses me.’’

Buhari said the terrorists had no clearly defined agenda except the pursuit of evil through indiscriminate murder of innocent people, contrary to the teachings of Islam, which prohibits massacre.

According to him, no true Muslim will be shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ while killing innocent people, an evil frequently condemned by the Holy Qur’an.

“These agents of darkness are enemies of our common humanity and they don’t spare any victim, whether they are Muslims or Christians, and therefore, we shouldn’t let them divide us and turn us against one another.

“The goal of these psychopaths is to cause confusion and spread distrust between Muslims and Christians, despite the fact that they aren’t representing the interest of Muslims or Islam.

“While I condemn this evil, I wish to reassure Nigerians that this administration will not lower its guards in the war against terrorism, and we will continue to intensify our efforts towards strengthening international cooperation and collaboration to break the backbone of these evil doers,’’ the president stressed.

Buhari called on all Nigerians to be united against terrorists and avoid unhelpful conspiracy theories that serve the interest of Boko Haram terrorists and ISWAP.

A man in his 20s who was attempting to sneak into an Air Peace aircraft which was about to take off has been arrested by security operatives at the Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA), Lagos on Friday.

The man who sneaked into the airport through the surronding bushes was immediately reported to Aviation Security (AVSEC) personnel of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

He was arrested before he could enter the wheel-well of the aircraft that was departing for Owerri.

Mr. Stanley Olisa, the spokesman for the Air Peace in a statement said the incident occurred at 9:15 am when the aircraft was taxing towards the threshold for take-off

Olisa said the suspect came out from the bush along the runway and attempted to gain entrance into the flight P47252, but the pilot of a private jet, which queued behind the Air Peace aircraft notified the pilot.

The statement added:

”There was a private jet behind the aircraft. The pilot in command of the private jet informed the Air Peace pilot in command that a young man obviously in his twenties, was trying to force his way into the aircraft.

”The security wing of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, was alerted and the man was accosted and whisked away.”

On interrogation, the man confessed that he thought the aircraft was bound for overseas.

The airline commended FAAN for its timely intervention, stressing that the regulator, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) had commenced an investigation into the incident.

Air Peace also reiterated its commitment to the safety of its customers and assured that it would continue to demonstrate this commitment in all aspects of its operations.

Nigeria’s former President, Goodluck Jonathan has called for the arrest and prosecution of gunmen who attacked his home in Otuoke, Bayelsa, South-South Nigeria.

He also thanked Nigerians for the continuing show of solidarity and sympathy following the Christmas eve attack by unknown gunmen in his country home in Otuoke, Bayelsa State.

The former President who stated this while conducting sympathizers round the scene of the attack on Friday also commended the Nigerian military for their gallantry in repelling the attack by engaging the assailants in a fierce gun duel that unfortunately claimed the life of a soldier.

Jonathan noted that since the assailants attacked his marine security post on December 24, 2019 many Nigerians of different social status, including President Muhammadu Buhari, state Governors and political party leaders as well as foreigners had either visited him or called to express their heartfelt sympathy over the unfortunate attack in his house.

He also reiterated his call on the concerned security authorities to expose and bring the criminals to book as a means of ensuring that such dare-devil criminality did not happen again in his community or any other place in the country.

On December 24, 019, the assailants had stormed Jonathan’s country home in about five engine boats and attacked the marine security post located within the periphery of the residence at about 1:30 am on Tuesday and sought to take control of a gunboat belonging to the military.

They were however resisted by gallant soldiers who engaged them in a firefight. The gunmen who couldn’t stand the firepower of the military were forced to beat a retreat.
