Wizkid has revealed he cannot afford to stay without Nigerian food even when he is out of the country.

Starboy disclosed this while on an interview with Capital Xtra in the united Kingdom after he was quizzed on why he left Los Angeles, United States after staying there for two years.

Wizkid revealed he had to leave LA because he was bored and more especially because of the constant lack of Nigerian delicacies. The “Joro” singer then went ahead to reveal that he doesn’t eat any other food apart from Nigerian food.

He revealed no matter the country he is at in the world, he always eats Nigerian food. He even gave an example of how he paid 140,000 naira (400 dollars) a day to get a cook in the United States to cook Nigerian food for him.

Lagos Battles To Avoid Explosion As 45,000L Petrol Tanker Falls On Otedola Bridge

A petrol tanker has fallen on the Otedola bridge in Lagos, causing quite some stir in the area.

Emergency responders have been put to work again on Otedola bridge in Lagos State, Daily Post reports.

This followed a lone accident involving a truck loaded with 45,000 litres of petrol.

Daily Post reports that the Otedola bridge is notorious for accidents involving heavy-duty vehicles.

The latest incident occurred on Saturday afternoon.

How the mishap happened is still unknown, but torrential rain hit the nation’s commercial hub for hours starting early morning.

However, the Lagos State Government has assured that efforts were on to keep the area and members of the public safe.

“Earlier today, a truck fully loaded with 45,000 litres Petrol fell at the Otedola bridge. All emergency responders have been activated. Transloading of content is on-going to prevent truck from exploding”, it tweeted

BREAKING:- Aye Axe-Men Cultists Attack Zlatan Ibile At A Show In US (WATCH VIDEO)

Some suspected cultists identified as Aye-axe men have attacked popular hiphop artiste, Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, also known as Zlatan Ibile after his show at DonRecky Hall, Newark, New Jersey, U.S.

The cultists wearing blacks with some dark glasses were seen punching the popular artiste while Zlatan is seen struggling to wrestle his way out together with efforts of some men suspected to be body gaurds attached to him.

In a video which captured the attack, a yet to be identified man was shouting on top of his voice in Yoruba beneath the video that “won fe pa Zlatan o”; they are beating Zlatan while a lady was also yelling too.

You will recall that Zlatan has been involved so many brutal confrontation with Cultists in Nigeria especially in some of his school shows.

Former Arsenal star, Paul Merson, has identified playmaker, Mesut Ozil as the club’s best player despite his lack of playing time under manager, Unai Emery this season.

Ozil has fallen out of favour at Emirates since Emery took over from Arsene Wenger.

The 30-year-old only made just 24 Premier League appearances for the Gunners last season.

Ozil, who joined Arsenal from Real Madrid in the summer of 2013, has not been regular for Arsenal so far this campaign.

He also missed Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Newcastle United in the Premier League last weekend.

But Merson believes the ex-Germany international is still the most talented player Arsenal have at their disposal.

“Mesut Ozil should be starting Arsenal ’s next few games so they can take advantage of how badly Tottenham and Manchester United are struggling,” Merson told Daily Star.

“Arsenal have to make hay while the sun shines and their rivals are struggling, so they have got to put some points together in these games and go on a run.

“It’s a big few weeks for them – and that’s why I would play Ozil. I personally think he’s their best player. In terms of ability and talent he’s the best player at the club.

“He’s a luxury player, and the manager has obviously decided he can’t carry a player like that in a team that’s already one of the worst around without the ball.

“But with these games coming up, Arsenal are going to have 70% of the possession. He thrives in those situations.

“Unai Emery should bring him in from the cold. But he won’t. If he plays Ozil and they win, he has to keep playing him, and the manager doesn’t want that. The manager wants him out.

Merson added:

“I thought Ozil was Arsenal’s best player against Watford and he hasn’t played since. That shocked me to be honest.

“If he’s showing it in training, he will be embarrassing a lot of the other players there, trust me. But he’s not getting picked.”

One of the lecturers that was busted in the recent Sex For Grades scandal documentary published by BBC, professor Kweku Baako has said it would be difficult to avoid temptations from female students.

While speaking on a TV program in Ghana, Baako stated that he is not sure he might be able to avoid the situation (the trap) as the animal in him might come out to ‘devour’ the said bait, especially since she is not a student on the campus.

I’m not sure if I might succeed in beating that kind of trap. The animal in me might come out to the fore – Kweku Baako laughs.

He then went further to say anyone might fall into the same trap as men can easily get carried away when they see beautiful women, especially the female students on campuses.
